Best dr office Jasmine and dr j take good care of me

They are amazing hard working always enjoy Zeba always able to get my sons vitals easy due to he moves to much but she always gets it .... but everyone so nice

A great place! the receptionist Kay is very friendly and one of the Nurses Jasmine is very comforting and kind! Would recommend!!

Great Doctors, Great service everytime.

We’ve been using this pediatrician office for over 3 years. Both of my kids have been treated very well here. The only downside is that some of our waits have been a bit long but I understand that things happen with doctor’s office schedules so I didn’t want to dock a star for things that are out of our hands sometimes. They are very accommodating to help when they can and get my children seen soon if they are sick even the same day. Dr. Obidi and NG were fantastic today! Even went above and beyond to provide samples to help my daughter’s skin.

I can tell Dr. Obidi is working to clean up his staff and office. Today’s visit was wonderful. We saw Wendy who is a newer NP and we loved her. She engaged with my son who was very tired and standoffish at first and had him laughing and smiling. The MA was also very patient and gentle as well as the phlebotomist who did his blood draw.

I have been taking my sons here for over 5 years and we love the staff and Dr Obidi!

Staff was great with Angelina, Miss Wendy was very great explaining what to do for my daughter.

I originally asked for a virtual appointment for my sons symptoms thinking it was just a head cold/flu that was goin around in the house and family(everyone tested neg for covid). The NP notice what the appointment and wanted to check him out and listen to his lungs. She had the staff call and get us in that afternoon to be seen. The office was busy as to be expected FOR Monday and this time of the year. Once in a room the MA was amazing and very patient with my son since he had a few test for his throat and nose. He freaked out and was very upset, but she never lost her patience with him and just talked to him while she explained everything over and over to calm him down. I thanked her for being so patient with him I know it's been a busy day for her. I know personally how hard he healthcare field is. It turned out it he was Positive for Covid and needed an inhaler due to his cough and thigtness in his chest. Thank you so much NP Wendy for your thinking and staffs quick call to see him that day. It's also always nice to see Dr. Obidi to say to say hi with his big contagious smile, and laugh. Plus all his amazing familar smiling staff. Also, CVS did not receive his inhaler prescription and I have been having many issues with CVS, so I went back to the office and the receptionist. Kay directly called and lefted a message with the details and it was urgent to be filled. With in 5 minutes CVS called me letting me know they received the prescription and it would be fill with in a hour. My family and I have been with Partners and Pediatric's for over 18 yrs, for my 4 children. I appreciate all their dedication, kindness and support throughout the years and look forward to many more. I can't thank them enough at every visit.
